Polar Eyes are the exclusive global distributor for the Ti-Tech brand of titanium tube and shell heat exchangers. Ti-Tech heat exchangers core elements are made from commercially pure titanium. Titanium inherent corrosion resistant properties exceed these achievable by super stainless or copper nickel alloys.

The application for the various models include heat pumps, marine condensers and water cooled refrigeration equipment. They are suitable for use in the aquaculture, swimming pool, petrochemical and food industry. The units function very efficiently either as an evaporator (cooling) condensers (heating) despite the units heat rejection rate, the models are compact and be utilized in restricted areas. As Titanium only weighs about half that of steel the HX series are light weight allowing for ease in shipping and installations.

Ti-Tech HX models are available in polyethylene cases designed to be compatible with schedule 40 PVC fittings. The HX series cases also feature as titanium flange with "O" ring seal to allow ease in coil removal for cleaning. The HX series can be manifold to meet higher demands.

The elements are manufactured and pressure tested in New Zealand, subject to bench pressure test and quality control prior to shipping. The shell is made in the USA and guaranteed during normal application for life.
